Dawn Larbalestier has a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering. Her area of specialization is in database and internet technologies, enabling her to function as a designer, analyst, project manager and administrator across varying computer environments. She has seven years' professional experience in the global financial markets arena, having worked in London, Sydney, New York and Chicago.
Prior to establishing Sage Internet Solutions, Inc. Dawn worked at Computershare Systems Limited in Chicago where she researched and developed a global intranet plan, implemented Microsoft's Sharepoint and Document Management System, and provided support and training for company executives and senior management.
Dawn initially took a position with Computershare Systems Limited, an Australian-owned financial systems provider, in London in 1998; during her tenure with Computershare she worked in Sydney, New York and Chicago. Dawn functioned as the primary Business Analyst for order-routing application, facilitating communication and development across the life cycle of the product: analysis, development, user-acceptance testing, training and production support.
Dawn has most recently worked as an independent technical consultant. Having completed her Master's degree in May, 2006, she has been providing independent consulting support in database and website development.
From 1994 - 1998, Dawn was employed by Synopsys Limited, London, a rapidly growing company that provided a global back-office settlement system.
Dawn graduated with a BS degree in Organismal Biology from the University of Kansas in 1993.
